We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value orders. Insurance typically costs 0.5-1% of the cargo value and protects against loss or damage during transit. Insurance can be arranged by us (CIF terms) or by you through your freight forwarder.

Samples are typically shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for fast delivery. Sample shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We will provide a shipping quote before sending samples.
