Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

Eurasia Wing offers flexible shipping solutions to meet the needs of our international B2B customers. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and responsibilities.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate different budgets and timelines:

Sea Freight

Transit Time: 20-40 days

Best For: Large orders, cost-effective

Options: FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load)

Air Freight

Transit Time: 5-10 days

Best For: Urgent orders, samples

Options: Standard or Express air shipping

Land Transport

Transit Time: 15-30 days

Best For: Neighboring countries

Options: Rail or truck delivery

Express Courier

Transit Time: 3-7 days

Best For: Samples, small orders

Options: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT

3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

We support various Incoterms to suit your business needs:

  • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver goods to the port of shipment. You are responsible for ocean freight, insurance, and import clearance.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover shipping and insurance to your destination port. You handle import clearance and local delivery.
  • EXW (Ex Works): You arrange and pay for all transportation from our factory.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all shipping, customs, and duties to your door (available for select destinations).

Our default term is FOB China. Other terms can be arranged upon request.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on:

  • Shipping method (sea, air, land, or express)
  • Order weight and volume
  • Destination country and city
  • Incoterm selected
  • Current fuel surcharges and seasonal rates

We will provide a detailed shipping quote before you confirm your order. For FOB terms, you may use your own freight forwarder to arrange shipping.

5. Processing and Handling Time

Production Time: 30-45 days after deposit payment and design approval (standard orders). Rush production may be available with additional fees.

Packaging and Preparation: 2-3 days after production completion.

Total Lead Time: Production time + packaging + shipping transit time.

6. Packaging

Standard Packaging:

  • Each handbag is individually wrapped in protective poly bags
  • Products are packed in sturdy export cartons
  • Cartons are sealed and labeled with shipping information
  • Palletized for sea freight (when applicable)

Custom Packaging: We can accommodate custom packaging requests (branded boxes, gift packaging, retail-ready packaging) with additional costs. Please discuss your requirements with our sales team.

7. Tracking and Documentation

Once your order ships, we will provide:

  • Shipping notification via email
  • Tracking number (for air and express shipments)
  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
  • Commercial Invoice and Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)
  • Other customs documents as needed

8. Customs and Import Duties

Your Responsibility: Unless DDP terms are agreed, you are responsible for:

  • Import customs clearance
  • Import duties and taxes
  • Customs broker fees
  • Compliance with local import regulations

Our Support: We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance. We can also recommend experienced customs brokers in your country.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Port congestion or carrier delays
  • Public holidays in origin or destination countries
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work with carriers to resolve issues promptly.

10. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value orders. Insurance typically costs 0.5-1% of the cargo value and protects against loss or damage during transit. Insurance can be arranged by us (CIF terms) or by you through your freight forwarder.

11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence and carrier documentation. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or insurance company. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

12. Sample Shipping

Samples are typically shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for fast delivery. Sample shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We will provide a shipping quote before sending samples.
